The ideal candidate will balance hands-on care with leadership, coordinate admissions and transfers, monitor resident conditions, and support survey readiness in a collaborative, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license required.
• Strong supervisory or charge-nurse experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, coordinate, and mentor nursing staff.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate nursing services during assigned shift.
• Ensure residents receive high-quality, timely nursing care.
• Provide clinical oversight to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Make routine rounds to monitor resident condition and care delivery.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Monitor medication administration, treatments, and documentation.
• Respond to changes in resident condition and notify physicians.
