Job summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse Supervisor to join the weekend team at our Pompano Beach facility. You will supervise staff, oversee patient care, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while delivering compassionate care.

Ideal candidates will hold an active RN license, have experience in Skilled Nursing or Rehabilitation settings, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Compassionate, dedicated, and capable of effective leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care per standards and regulations.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff and overseeing patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations
• Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel
• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
