Country Hills Post Acute is seeking an experienced nursing supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing activities and ensure the highest quality of resident care. The role directs nursing assistants, maintains documentation, and collaborates with governance and administration.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating admissions and discharges, and compliance with facility procedures to support safe, effective care for residents.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants according to current regulations.
• Ensure nursing staff comply with facility policies and procedures.
• Participate in facility surveys by government agencies as required.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Complete accident/incident reports and forward to the Administrator.
• Maintain the Daily Census Report and submit to the Business Office.
• Perform administrative duties such as charting and form completion as needed.
