Location: Two office locations - Columbia and Wrightsville

Hours: Full-time, day shift, no holidays

Responsibilities include:
  • Supervising clinical staff to ensure quality patient care in a physician office setting.
  • Performing nursing duties as needed across various age groups.
  • Managing staff schedules, overtime, and time card approvals.
  • Developing training and ongoing education programs for staff.
  • Participating in hiring processes and staff evaluations.
  • Handling patient experience, communication, and care coordination.
  • Managing patient complaints and participating in performance improvement initiatives.
  • Conducting staff meetings and maintaining communication with team members.
  • Providing clinical advice, patient education, and assisting with procedures and tests.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, maintaining equipment, and managing patient care plans.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Current RN or LPN licensure in Pennsylvania.
  • 3-5 years of relevant nursing experience, including supervisory experience in a physician office.
  • AHA CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Valid driver’s license (regional positions).
