Brookdale in Monroe, NC is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (LPN/LVN) for our Assisted Living Community. You will oversee daily healthcare operations, ensure compassionate, high-quality care, and support licensed nursing staff and aides in delivering resident services.

Qualifications

Licensed as LPN/LVN or RN in good standing.
1–2 years of supervision or caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

Oversees day-to-day healthcare operations to meet residents' needs.
Ensures residents are treated with dignity and receive quality care.
Supervises nursing staff, medication technicians, and aides; provides ongoing training.
Manages schedules and workflow to ensure adequate coverage across shifts.
Supports and participates in on-call coverage as needed.
