Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current State License as RN or LPN.
• CPR certified.
• Management experience in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality nursing care to Residents in an environment that respects rights and dignity.
• Supervises CNAs and subordinate staff to ensure assignments are completed.
• Oversees direct resident care and nursing personnel on the shift.
• Delivers and receives shift reports.
• Maintains infection control and standard precautions during care.
• Keeps physicians and families informed of changes in residents' condition.
