Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care and medication administration on shift.
• Supervise CNAs and ensure tasks completed.
• Provide shift reports and round the unit.
• Maintain infection control practices and patient confidentiality.
• Develop care plans and communicate with physicians and families.
• Assist with admissions, readmissions, transfers.
• Participate in departmental meetings.
