Pin Oaks Living Center in Mexico, Missouri seeks a Nurse Supervisor to join our team. The role includes directing resident care plans, supervising unit services, and ensuring a homelike atmosphere with dignity for residents.

Responsibilities include staff education, assessment support, incident documentation, and coordination with nurses, providers, and administration to maintain high-quality care. Experience in long-term care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed RN/LPN.
• Minimum one-year experience in long term care; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the implementation of the resident care plan.
• Coordinate and supervise services on assigned units for a homelike atmosphere.
• Conduct regular rounds on nursing units and ensure dignified care.
• Ensure staff follow facility policies and procedures.
• Provide education, assign priorities, and support nurses in care planning.
• Monitor incidents and complaints, document and address root causes.
• Facilitate communication between licensed nurses, providers, and admin.
