LEBANON SOUTH NURSING & REHAB in Lebanon, Missouri, seeks a Nurse Supervisor to join our team. The candidate will direct and supervise resident care plan implementation, ensure patient safety, infection control, and a homelike atmosphere for residents.

Responsibilities include coordinating services, performing regular rounds, supervising staff, assisting in assessments, and ensuring accurate documentation of emergencies and care needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed RN/LPN.
• Minimum one-year experience in long-term care with supervisory responsibilities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct and supervise resident care plan implementation, ensure safety devices and infection control.
• Coordinate services on assigned units to maintain a homelike atmosphere and comfort for residents.
• Perform regular rounds on nursing units and ensure dignified patient treatment.
• Support staff with care planning, task prioritization, and education; manage supplies and medications.
• Document incidents, accidents and complaints; identify root causes and preventive actions.
