Encompass Health Corporation seeks a Nurse Supervisor to lead inpatient rehabilitation teams, oversee nursing care, and drive patient-focused programs. You will coordinate with administration and nursing leadership to ensure high-quality care across shifts and units.

The role emphasizes staff development, performance feedback, and building strong patient relationships to support recovery, with opportunities for professional growth and access to advanced technology.

Competenze

• RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• BLS and ACLS certifications to be obtained within one year of starting position.
• CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting eligibility requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist in development and implementation of personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services provided during assigned shifts or on a unit.
• Monitor and manage staff, including on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and performance counseling.
• Provide patient care as needed and build meaningful relationships with patients for successful recovery.
