Qualifications

- CRRN certification to be obtained within a year after eligibility.
- Minimum of two years of recent hospital experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing personalized patient care programs.
- Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
- Supervise nursing care during assigned shifts or on specific units.
- Monitor and manage staff performance and provide feedback.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients for successful recovery.
