CRESTVIEW HOME in Bethany, MO is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing staff and supervise care planning. The role includes directing residents' care plans, ensuring safety, and maintaining a homelike atmosphere for residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed RN/LPN.
• Minimum one-year experience in long term care – supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise implementation of resident care plans.
• Coordinate services on units to maintain a homelike atmosphere for residents.
• Conduct regular rounds on nursing units.
• Ensure staff follow facility policies and procedures.
• Prepare and administer performance reviews for shift staff; provide correction/re-education as needed.
• Assist in direct resident care when necessary.
