Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of nurses including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Coordinate patient care by assessing needs, developing care plans, and monitoring progress.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in handling complex cases or situations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports on patient care and staff performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and order necessary medical supplies.
