Qualifications

• Current RN licensure required by state.
• BLS certification; ACLS within 12 months of start.
• CRRN certification within 12 months of eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
• Leadership experience such as charge nurse with accountability for results.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services on assigned shifts or unit.
• Monitor staff performance with feedback, evaluations and discipline as needed.
• Provide patient care as needed and build relationships to support recovery.
