State of North Carolina is seeking a Nurse Supervisor III (NS) at Central Regional Hospital to function as a House Coordinator. You will oversee nursing personnel and patient care delivery during your shift and ensure adherence to nursing policies across the hospital.

The role requires NC RN licensure, 4 years of nursing experience with 2 years in supervision, and the ability to obtain CPI APS and CPR within 60 days.

Formación

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
• Four years of nursing experience, including two in a Nurse Supervisor role.
• Ability to obtain CPI Advanced Physical Skills and CPR within 60 days.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and intervene in patient care situations and interpret CRH policies.
• Monitor and evaluate quality and delivery of nursing care hospital-wide.
• Report to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer and maintain effective communications.
• Ensure staff adherence to nursing procedures and standards.
