Qualifications

• Licensed RN in North Carolina with at least 3 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in a nurse supervisor role.
• Thorough knowledge of nursing theory, techniques, and policy.
• Ability to mentor new supervisors and manage staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RNs and LPNs in the designated area on all shifts.
• Oversee quality assurance audits and patient care standards.
• Mentor and train nursing staff and new supervisors.
• Coordinate with the division director and other supervisors; assist with budgetary tasks.
