Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Nurse Supervisor - House (Administrative Coordinator) to provide 24/7 administrative leadership across the hospital during nights and other offsite times. You will coordinate operations, support staff and patient needs, and ensure standards are maintained throughout the facility.
The role requires a BSN, Maryland RN license, and at least five years of hospital nursing with two years in supervision. BLS and strong communication are essential.

Description: Position Summary The Nurse Supervisor - House (Administrative Coordinator) is responsible for providing administrative oversight and operational leadership across the hospital on a 24-hour basis, including weekends and holidays. This role serves as the key clinical and administrative leader during nights and other times when department directors, managers, and senior administration are not onsite. The House Supervisor coordinates hospital operations, facilitates communication among departments, supports staff and patient needs, and ensures organizational standards are maintained throughout the facility.
Schedule: Nights 7 pm - 7 am Friday, Saturday, Monday
Pay Range: $43.36 - $62.67 per hour. Compensation is determined based on experience, education, skills, and market factors. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) are compensated within the equivalent base salary range of the posted hourly rates. Pay may vary based on geographic location and other job-related factors.
