Job summary

Holy Cross Health in Silver Spring, MD, is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to coordinate and oversee patient care in the Acute Cardiac Unit. You will lead clinical operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive service excellence on a night shift.

Description: Position Purpose The Nurse Supervisor is a designated clinical leader responsible for coordinating, planning, and overseeing patient care operations within the Acute Cardiac Unit. Working in collaboration with the Department Director, this role ensures high-quality, safe, and efficient care delivery while promoting staff engagement, regulatory compliance, and service excellence in alignment with Trinity Health’s Mission and values.

What You Will Do

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in Maryland or Compact State

• Minimum of three (3) years of Acute Cardiac nursing experience

Preferred

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)


• Prior leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience


• Experience in cardiac or intermediate care settings

Pay Range

Pay Range: $39.47 - $61.20. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
