Job summary

Complete Care at Barn Hill in Newton, NJ is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN) for a part-time role with every other weekend shifts. The position includes 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm coverage to support daily operations in our skilled nursing facility.

The Nurse Supervisor EOW oversees CNAs, LPNs, and RNs, driving high-quality resident care with confident leadership and collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Active NJ RN or LPN license
• Leadership experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing facilities
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work every other weekend, with shifts from 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm

Responsibilities

• Supervise CNAs, LPNs, and RNs to ensure exceptional resident care
• Oversee clinical operations, maintaining a safe and clean environment
• Drive quality outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes

Job Summary: Nurse Supervisor EOW

The Nurse Supervisor EOW oversees the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, including supervising certified nursing assistants (CNAs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and registered nurses (RNs). You will lead with confidence, support your team, and elevate resident care. This is a part-time opportunity, working every other weekend, with shifts from 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm.
