Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license.
• Must be able to authorize a Criminal History Background Check.
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical consultation regarding complex healthcare issues.
• Review clinical records and physician orders.
• Visit assigned homes to ensure compliance and provide recommendations.

Skills

Registered Nurse diploma or bachelor’s degree

Three years related experience in community health

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and the internet

Fluency in English
