• Supports the Nurse Manager in overseeing a nursing unit and patient care area.
• Coordinates staff and ensures compliance with clinical practice standards.
• Leads, mentors, and develops staff and participates in recruitment and evaluations.
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient education and care.
• Provides off-tour coverage and maintains continuity of leadership across shifts.
