The State of Indiana is seeking a Program Administration & Nursing Supervisor for the Neurodiagnostic Institute in Indianapolis. You will oversee program administration, clinical staff, and performance management to ensure high-quality patient care.

The Neurodiagnostic Institute and Advanced Treatment Center (NDI) is located on the Community Hospital East campus in Indianapolis, delivering advanced evaluations and treatments for patients with psychiatric illness. Together, the NDI and the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) offer a modern, healing atmosphere for all Hoosiers.

Individuals in this role should minimally be able to articulate or demonstrate the following:
An Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited college, an active Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license, current CPR certification, and maintained compliance with all required behavioral intervention training applicable to the assigned setting.
Individuals should have the ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
This role may provide direct supervision for one or more staff members.
