Responsibilities

  • Make routine rounds to monitor resident condition, staffing, and care delivery.
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
  • Monitor medication administration, treatments, and documentation.
  • Respond to changes in resident condition and notify physicians and families as appropriate.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels and adjust assignments as needed.
  • Address staff concerns, performance issues, and workflow challenges.
  • Complete incident reports, investigations, and required documentation.
  • Support survey readiness and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and department leadership.

We are seeking an experienced and confident Nurse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing operations during assigned shifts. This role is responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring quality resident care, and maintaining compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

This position is ideal for a strong clinical leader who can balance hands-on care with accountability, coordination, and staff support.
