Job summary

Affinity Home Health Care Inc. seeks a Nurse Supervisor to lead and supervise nursing staff, coordinating patient care across shifts with a focus on quality and compassion.

You will develop personalized care plans, ensure clear communication between management and frontline staff, monitor performance, and step in for patient care when needed, within a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure and active license.
• BLS certification; ACLS within one year.
• CRRN certification within one year of eligibility.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
• Previous leadership roles such as charge nurse or lead for staff/outcomes.

Responsibilities
