Job summary

OpenTrain AI, Inc. is seeking experienced nurses to remotely review AI-generated clinical-care content and provide expert QA.

You will assess accuracy, safety, and clarity, then craft high-quality reference answers and model content for a range of nursing topics. Responsibilities include evaluating clinical reasoning, ensuring appropriate escalation, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of best practices in patient education and infection control.

Qualifications

• RN or equivalent nursing qualification with active licensure in at least one jurisdiction.
• 3–5+ years of professional nursing experience in clinical or community settings.
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization and handoff skills.
• English proficiency at C1 level required.
• Experience with AI data training or healthcare editorial quality assurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated nursing and clinical-care responses for accuracy and safety.
• Identify errors in assessment, triage, escalation, medication safety, patient education and care planning.
• Fact-check healthcare information and explain correct nursing reasoning.
• Write high-quality model answers and expert healthcare content across nursing topics.
• Compare multiple AI responses to determine safer, more correct answers.
• Check timelines, symptoms, monitoring frequency, and dosing logic for internal consistency.

The Work

You will review AI-generated nursing and clinical-care answers and judge whether they are accurate, safe, clear, and relevant. You will also create expert healthcare content and write strong reference answers when needed.

Your reviews will cover clinical reasoning, assessment, triage, escalation, medication safety, patient education, infection control, care planning, and nursing interventions.

• Review AI-generated nursing and clinical-care responses for accuracy, safety, and clarity.

• Write high-quality model answers and expert healthcare content across nursing topics.

What It Pays And Takes

This is remote, part-time contractor work focused on expert review and healthcare content for AI systems. Collaboration is remote-first across time zones.

• Pay: $40 to $65 per hour, paid in USD.
• Time: 20 or more hours per week.
• Location: Remote work is available in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brazil, Cambodia, Germany, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, the Philippines, the United States, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam.
• Language: Minimum C1 English proficiency.
• Required: RN or equivalent nursing qualification, with active licensure, registration, or eligibility in at least one jurisdiction.
• Required: 3 to 5 or more years of professional nursing experience in a clinical or community setting.
• Required: Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and handoff skills.
• Required: Understanding of common disease processes and nursing interventions across acute and outpatient settings.
• Preferred: Experience with AI data training, clinical documentation review, utilization review, nursing education, or healthcare editorial quality assurance.
• Helpful: Experience with SBAR documentation and familiarity with medication safety, infection control, and patient education.
