University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia seeks a Full-time Registered Nurse for the Student Health Service. The RN will deliver comprehensive nursing care, support the Nurse Manager, and adapt to varied assignments including triage, assessments, and immunizations.

The role requires a BSN and PA RN license, with 3–5 years of ambulatory experience; a second language is preferred. Evenings and Saturdays during the academic year are included in the schedule.

Qualifications

• BSN required and 3–5 years of ambulatory/outpatient nursing experience preferred.
• Pennsylvania licensed registered nurse.
• Completion of nursing program from an accredited institution.
• Experience with young adults and culturally diverse populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum primary care nursing services (chronic/acute care, disease management, sexual health, travel assessments).
• Coordinate care with on-campus clinical staff; initiate care as appropriate.
• Assist clinicians with routine and urgent care; administer injections, medications, immunizations, and sera per physician orders.
• Conduct telephone triage, offer guidance, and coordinate follow-up care as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
