University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA, seeks a full-time Registered Nurse for the Student Health Service to provide clinical services and administrative support. The role includes triage, immunizations, and coordination with campus health staff.

The RN must have a BSN and PA license with 3–5 years of ambulatory care experience; second language skills and EPIC EMR familiarity are preferred. Shift variety includes evenings and weekends during the academic year.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing and 3 to 5 years of experience (preferably in an ambulatory care setting, family practice or other busy outpatient setting) is required.
• Pennsylvania licensed registered nurse.
• Completion of nursing program from an accredited institution.
• Experience with young adults and in a culturally diverse population is preferred.
• Second language proficiency preferred.
• Familiarity with EPIC-based EMR is preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Telephone triage including offering advice, guidance and supportive care; coordinating additional care as necessary; educate patients on illness and follow-up needs.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Description Summary

Full-time Registered Nurse in the Student Health Service. This position will be responsible for providing clinical services to patients as well as administrative and operational support to the Nurse Manager as appropriate. The Registered Nurse must be comfortable with variable assignments including phone triage, clinical assessments and immunizations.

Schedule is varied with Evenings and Saturdays during the academic year.

$65,628.00 - $108,000.00 Annual Rate Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges based on external market data for the job's level.
