Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field; substitution provisions apply.
• Experience: Five years' RN experience in a health care facility or related field; substitutions apply.
• License/Certification: NH RN license, CPR certification, nursing administration specialty certification.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and achieve departmental mission, goals and objectives for Nursing as part of hospital leadership.
• Model professional leadership and mentor staff to sustain high-quality patient care.
• Recruit, interview and develop nursing staff; manage staffing resources and evaluate performance.
