Qualifications

• ASN required or equivalent nursing degree.
• Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience.
• RN license in good standing with California Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification from AHA.
• ACLS certification from AHA.
• Cancer Chemotherapy Provider (CCHEMOP) certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing staff assigned to a particular shift.
• Assigns patients to available nursing staff based on patient needs and staff skill.
• Monitors and educates staff on patient care; institutes emergency procedures as needed.
• Anticipates staffing needs and responds proactively.
• Oversees stocking of supplies and maintains accurate patient records.
