Job summary

CareWell Health is seeking a Nurse Manager of Nursing Services to lead nursing operations, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. The role emphasizes oversight of staff, budgeting, and quality assurance within a detox unit context.

The incumbent will develop and maintain nursing policies, supervise staff, and participate in orientation and team conferences to support continuity of care for clients.

Qualifications

• RN license and NJ RN registration required.
• 1 year of addiction services experience with supervisory duties.
• Exempt full-time position with a 37.5-hour work week and on-call coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative oversight of nursing services and supervise staff when needed.
• Develop and maintain written objectives, policies and procedures for nursing services.
• Plan and budget for nursing services in coordination with administration.
• Coordinate nursing with other care services to ensure continuity of care.
• Ensure compliance with nursing staffing patterns.
• Develop written job descriptions and assign duties to nursing staff.
• Participate in staff orientation and education activities.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team conferences.
• Oversee detox unit nursing care and ensure proper documentation and monitoring.
