Job summary
Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation is seeking an experienced nurse leader to oversee daily patient care operations at the site level. Qualifications
- Associate degree is required.
- Unencumbered RN license in the state of site.
- Current BLS certification (ARC or AHA).
- Minimum 3 years experience in medical/surgical nursing, nursing leadership, and addiction nursing.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct daily operational needs to ensure high-quality nursing care.
- Provide supervision for nursing unit staff to ensure clear roles and compliance with regulations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary and national teams as requested.
- Direct health care staff work outcomes to meet goals within budgets and timeframes.
- Provide leadership for the site nursing department initiatives for a qualified, empowered workforce.
