Job summary

Clearbrook is a non-profit organization providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Registered Nurse (RN) role is based in Rolling Meadows, IL, providing nursing services to clients under the direction of the Director of Community Living Services, and includes medication administration training to staff per DHS guidelines.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, with on-call duties, rotating weekends, totaling 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Bachelor's in Nursing.
• RN License in Illinois.
• 1 year of related experience.
• Flexible with 1 week on-call per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services to clients under the direction of the Director of Community Living Services.
• Provide medication administration training to employees per DHS guidelines.
• Coordinate care and communicate with the supervisory team to ensure client needs are met.
