• 0-1 Year: $31 LPN/$38 RN

• 2-5 Years: $32 LPN/$39 RN

• 6-14 Years: $33 LPN/$40 RN

• 15 Plus Years: $33 LPN/ $41 RN

• PRN Rate: $30 LPN/$35 RN
