Old Orchard Nursing and Respiratory Center is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our care-focused team in Ohio. The role involves cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and supporting daily facility upkeep with attention to safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment cleanliness, handling trash and linens, and collaborating with staff to ensure high-quality service. Prior housekeeping or healthcare laundry experience is preferred; a high school diploma is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and keep to a schedule.
• May need to work a varied schedule as requested.
• Healthcare or Commercial Laundry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Healthcare or Commercial Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Must be experienced at cleaning with a keen eye for details.
• Perform housekeeping chores in Resident rooms.
• Responsible for cleaning common areas of the facility.
• Maintains a high level of cleanliness & safety throughout designated areas.
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times.
• Removal of trash & soiled linens. Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds.
• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Solid work ethic, with initiative for quality and customer service.
• Ability to learn how to operate commercial laundry equipment.
