Fieldstone Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team in Ohio. You will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, and help residents achieve the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Monitor and report patient condition, including any changes or concerns
• Participate in shift reports, patient care conferences, and other meetings as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control and safety standards
• Other duties as assigned

• 0-1 Year: $30 LPN/$35 RN

• 2-3 Years: $31 LPN/$36 RN

• 4-5 Years: $32 LPN/$37 RN

• 6-7 Years: $33 LPN/$38 RN

• 8-9 Years: $33.50 LPN/$38.50 RN

• 10+ Years: $34 LPN/$39 RN
