Job Summary: The Nurse (RN or LPN) is responsible for providing direct nursing and personal care to residents, supervising nursing assistants, and supporting activities of daily living to ensure residents' health, welfare, and safety.

• Monitoring residents’ condition and assessing their needs to provide appropriate treatment and care.
• Preparing and administering medication as ordered by the physician.
• Performing routine charting duties in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents as required.
