Job summary

Greencroft Communities' Hamilton Grove in New Carlisle, IN is seeking a part-time Weekend Nurse (LPN or RN) to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in memory care and long-term care settings. You’ll orientation to Health Care and Assisted Living areas and collaborate with a supportive care team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Indiana.
• Memory Care/Alzheimer’s care experience is a plus.

• Monitor residents’ health, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team.

We are seeking a part-time nurse for weekends to provide exceptional, person-centered care in a supportive, respectful environment. All nursing staff are expected to orient to and support both Health Care and Assisted Living areas as needed. By working together across departments, we strengthen resident care, support one another, and continue to grow as a unified team.

Position Details

• Schedule: Weekend Clinical

Pay Rates

• LPN: $31.21 – $35.45 per hour | Time and a half pay on weekends ($46.82-$53.18) + shift differential
• RN: $35.80 – $40.66 per hour | Time and a half pay on weekends ($53.70-$60.99) + shift differential

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a memory care and long-term care setting
• Monitor residents’ health, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being
