Job summary

Hamilton Grove, part of Greencroft Communities in New Carlisle, Indiana, is seeking Indiana-licensed RNs and LPNs for overnight care. Join our mission-driven, faith-based nonprofit continuing care community to provide compassionate, patient-centered care during the night.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll assess residents, administer medications, document care, and communicate changes to the care team.

Hamilton Grove is looking for Indiana-licensed RNs and LPNs to join our overnight nursing team. Position Information

• Role: Night Shift Nurse
• Available: Full-Time and Part-Time
• Hours: 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
• Location: Hamilton Grove, New Carlisle, Indiana
• Shift: Overnight

Scheduling: Weekday availability is required, along with working every other holiday. Occasional weekend coverage may be needed based on resident care requirements.

Pay

LPN: $31.21–$32.42/hour + applicable night shift differential
RN: $35.80–$40.66/hour + applicable night shift differential

Your Role

Overnight nurses at Hamilton Grove help ensure residents receive consistent, attentive care throughout the night. You’ll be responsible for assessing resident needs, responding to changes in condition, and communicating important information to the appropriate members of the care team.

Nursing staff may be oriented to and asked to provide support in Health Care and Assisted Living, helping ensure continuity of care across the community. This collaborative approach allows our team to respond more effectively to changing needs while strengthening relationships between departments.

What You Bring

Required:

• Current, active Indiana LPN or RN license
• Dependable and professional approach to resident care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to changing resident needs
• Commitment to treating residents with dignity and compassion

Preferred:

• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, or senior living
• Background caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia
• Experience working across multiple levels of senior care
