Job summary

Greencroft Communities seeks a part-time weekend nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in memory care and long-term care settings at Hamilton Grove. The role requires an active LPN or RN license and a commitment to high-quality nursing support.

Qualifications

We are seeking a part-time nurse for weekends to provide exceptional, person-centered care in a supportive, respectful environment. All nursing staff are expected to orient to and support both Health Care and Assisted Living areas as needed. By working together across departments, we strengthen resident care, support one another, and continue to grow as a unified team.

Pay Rates

• LPN: $31.21 – $35.45 per hour | Time and a half pay on weekends ($46.82-$53.18) + shift differential
• RN: $35.80 – $40.66 per hour | Time and a half pay on weekends ($53.70-$60.99) + shift differential

Responsibilities
