Castle Peak, a Cassia senior living community in Eagle, CO, is seeking PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to help our residents experience independence and dignity within a loving community atmosphere.

RN/LPN responsibilities include administering medications, coordinating resident care, and documenting accurately; candidates must hold a CO nursing license and have strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Current CO Nursing License.
• Prior experience in geriatric care strongly preferred.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Coordinates, oversees, and provides resident-related care.
• Administers medications and/or treatments per physician orders and monitors effectiveness.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment per policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager and physicians of significant changes in a resident's condition.

Castle Peak, a Cassia senior living community in Eagle, CO, is currently seeking PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to help our residents experience independence and dignity within a loving community atmosphere. We are seeking passionate and dedicated skilled nursing professionals who want to make a difference in our residents' lives.

Position Type:

PRN

Wage Range:

• Registered Nurse: $38 - $50 per hour depending on experience
• Licensed Practical Nurse: $30.60 - $37.00 per hour depending on experience

Location:

195 Freestone Road, Eagle, Colorado 81631

RN / LPN Responsibilities:

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
• Performs additional duties as required.

RN / LPN Qualifications:

• Current CO Nursing License.
• Prior experience in geriatric care stronglypreferred.
