Florence Home Healthcare Center in Omaha, NE seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care in long-term-care, skilled care, and hospice settings. You will assess needs, create care plans, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and educate patients and families on disease management.

• Have a valid LPN or RN license in the state of Nebraska.
• Be proficient in using electronic medical record systems.
• Be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Possess strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
• Have the ability to lift and transfer patients safely using proper body mechanics.
• Use excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
