Lamprey Health Care in Nashua, NH is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. The role involves patient-directed care on the floor with providers and staff, in an office setting aligned with the Patient Centered Medical Home model.

The ideal candidate has an active RN or LPN license and at least 2 years of relevant experience; primary care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent office setting or acute care experience preferred.
• Experience in primary care is preferred.
• Office-based nursing, triage, and following evidenced-based protocols.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary staff to care for patients.
