Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a small team of LPNs.

• Act as liaison with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Review and manage MARs, medication orders, and supplies.
• Conduct staff training on medical conditions, procedures, and equipment.
• Develop medical and feeding protocols with healthcare professionals.
• Monitor health concerns and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate psychiatric care and support care plan implementation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Serve as a medical resource for staff and ensure best practices in care.
• Assist state licensing and compliance activities.

Delta Community Supports, Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse with excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills who can effectively work with others. Reporting to the Regional State Director, this individual will perform a variety of nursing responsibilities supporting our consumers. Their skills should include a wide range of intellectual and practical problem-solving abilities and a strong working knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidelines.

What We're Looking For:

• Review and manage Medication Administration Records (MARs), medication orders, and supplies
• Conduct staff training on medical conditions, procedures, and equipment
• Develop medical and feeding protocols in collaboration with healthcare professionals
• Monitor for emerging health concerns and ensure timely follow-up
• Coordinate psychiatric care and support care plan implementation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
• Be a medical resource for staff and ensure best practices in care
• Responsible for assisting state licensing and compliances

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; BSN preferred
• Current PennsylvaniaRN license
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
