Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking an LPN to provide direct patient care in a cardiac progressive care setting under supervision of an RN. You will maintain patient confidentiality, document care, and collaborate with departments to optimize outcomes.

The role is part-time with 12-hour night shifts. A licensed practical nurse with BLS certification is preferred; experience is welcome but not required, and growth within a compassionate team is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of practice; licensure must be maintained.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
