Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide patient care using the nursing process under supervision, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include coordinating care with other departments, performing nursing duties within scope, maintaining licensure and certifications, and participating in assessments and planning to support compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with successful licensure.
• Current LPN license in the state of practice, meeting all state board requirements.
• Preferred certifications include ACLS/ALS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., and other unit-specific credentials.

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or direction of licensed healthcare professionals, ensuring professional accountability and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
