We are hiring New Graduate RNs at all 8 facilities, including: Belton Regional Medical Center, Centerpoint Medical Center, Lafayette Regional Health Center, Lee's Summit Medical Center, Menorah Medical Center, Overland Park Regional Medical Center, Research Medical Center, and Research Psychiatric Center.
The areas and units available include Critical Care, Emergency Room, Medical Surgical, Orthopedics, Transplant, Oncology, Cardiac Care, Step Down, Surgical Specialty, OR Surgery, Float Pool, and more.
Sign On Bonus from $10K to $30K is offered for eligible candidates (hospital and unit specific) for FT Night Shift only on Medical Surgical, Telemetry, Cardiac & Progressive Care Units. This bonus cannot be combined with other bonuses or HCA Loan/Scholarships.
A $5,000 Relocation Bonus is available for those living more than 50 miles from our hospitals.

The HCA Nurse Residency Program is a year-long program designed to provide hands-on experience, clinical and critical thinking skills, and mentorship to help transition from student nurse to registered nurse.
Start dates are every two weeks in 2025, with specific dates for OR Surgery in February and July.
The RN Resident provides high-quality, patient-centered care, assessing patient conditions, performing procedures, administering medications, and educating patients and families.
Qualifications include BLS within 30 days, ACLS within 1 year, an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, RN license or Graduate Nurse status, and no prior experience needed. Some travel for training may be required.
