Job summary

Shepherd Center is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to provide fundamental nursing care in a shared governance environment. You will support patient safety, privacy, dignity, and quality outcomes while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, timely documentation, and patient-family education to empower self-management and partnerships. A Georgia RN license and BLS are required, with preference for 1 year of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program from an accredited college or university.
• BLS certification required.
• Active Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
• Minimum one year RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care following ANA standards and ethics.
