AdventHealth is seeking new graduate Registered Nurses to join our East Florida Division for the 2026 Fall Cohort, starting in November on multiple campuses including AdventHealth Palm Coast and Daytona Beach. These full-time positions involve night shifts and offer a pathway to grow through a comprehensive nursing program.

Candidates should have an Associate’s Nursing degree (BSN preferred), Florida RN license prep, and Basic Life Support.

Qualifications

• Associate’s of Nursing from an accredited school required (CCNE or ACEN preferred).
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Must have less than one year of experience.
• Current Florida RN license (license required prior to licensure deadline).
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association.
• Professional Resume.

Responsibilities

• New graduate RN positions on multiple units available; availability varies by campus.
• Provided clinical care across Medical/Surgical, PCU, Critical Care and Emergency Department.

The Expertise And Experiences You’ll Need To Succeed
