Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a new graduate Registered Nurse for the 2026 Fall Cohort in Florida. Positions are full-time with a night shift, at multiple East Florida Division campuses including Daytona Beach, DeLand and others.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) and must have or be eligible for Florida RN licensure and current BLS certification. A commitment to patient-centered care and the AdventHealth mission is essential.

• Associate’s of Nursing from accredited school required (CCNE or ACEN preferred).
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current Florida RN license (may apply without license, but must have license prior to licensure deadline).
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association.

The Expertise And Experiences You’ll Need To Succeed
