Qualifikationen

• Education - Associate degree in Nursing. Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing program approved by the State Board of Nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

• Collects patient data and performs nursing assessments under the direct supervision of a licensed RN.
• Develops a plan of care with patient/family input and coordinates referrals as needed.
• Performs nursing procedures and explains care to patients and families.
• Records observations and care delivered, noting any variations with rationale.
• Supports staffing decisions and participates in quality improvement activities.
• Graduate Nurse completes clinical skills under the direct supervision of an RN.
